Nigerian foods are as diverse as her cultural varieties, different food items are processed differently in varied cultural settings. This Blog hopes to take you on an exploratory journey to these different cultures through their food and answer hidden questions about these foods. Knowing fully well that you are what you eat as one wise man rightly puts it, then lets see what these cultures are made of as we look at the average meal of the cultural settings in Nigeria moving from Edikan Ikong to Ikokore, Iyan and Tuwo.
